After reading the reviews for this product I had expected quality and better customer service. When I received this product, the hair wefts were thin and two hair wefts were missing clips which was not mentioned in the product description online. The hair color did not match either. However, the hair was soft and fine which matched the texture of my own hair. In addition, their return policy is very stringent. They will not accept any hair extensions that have been removed from their original cardboard twist tie packaging. If you return it and they deem it has been opened, they will reship it to you and charge you for the shipping. Thinking about it, how would one even assess quality without opening the product?
All things considered, I would highly suggest that anyone considering buying these, first go to a local beauty supply store such as Sally's Beauty Supply to compare other hair extension clip-ins to ensure quality and color preference rather then buying online. Particularly in the case of hair extensions which can be tricky. "Buyer Beware" applies aptly here.
